Mrs. Roxana Zaman, one of the Sponsors of Janata Insurance Company Ltd., has expressed her intention to transfer 8,50,000 shares out of her total holding of 10,93,409 shares to her daughter Ms. Anzareen Matin Chaudhury, General Shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.
