JANATAINS Corporate Disclosure — 30 April 2023

The auditor of the Janata Insurance Company Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 31 December 2022. "Emphasis of Matter: 1. We draw attention to Note 2.2.5 (iii) which states that the Company did not set aside any profits as contribution related to Worker's Profit Participation Fund for the current year due to the on-going discussions between the IDRA and related Government Ministries.
