The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to form a new subsidiary company under the title of "JMI Specialized Hospital Limited" having its authorized capital of BDT 50 (Fifty) Crore and a paid up capital of BDT 20 (Twenty) Crore wherein the Company shall hold 65% shares subject to the approval of concerned authorities.
