Emphasis of Matter: We draw your attention to Note 30 to the Financial Statements which discuss the fact that Worker's Profit Participation Fund payments were made through Cash transactions. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. Note 30. Contribution to WPPF: This represents statutory contribution by the company as per Bangladesh Labour (amendment) Act, 2013. The amount is computed @ 5% of net profit before tax (but after charging such contribution). (cont.)
