The Company has informed that pursuant to the Directive issued by the BSEC dated April 27, 2016 and in compliance with the provision of the finance Act 2015, the Company has changed the Financial Year from July to June instead of January to December with effect from July 01, 2016. In this connection the present financial year will remain continue to June 30, 2016 instead of December 31, 2015. i.e. total 18 moth accounts will be ending on June 30, 2016 and consider in the 17th AGM.
