The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the valuation report of their fixed assets (Land & Building) based on the 3rd quarter financial statements ended on 30th September, 2015 which was prepared by M/S. Malek Siddiqui Wali, Chartered Accountants. As per their valuation total assets stands on Tk. 112,39,73,812, shareholders' equity Tk. 65,42,68,380 and NAV per share of Tk. 59.48.
