Abdul Majid Patwary, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to sell 50,000 shares out of his total holdings of 2,30,000 shares of the Company, at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within October 29, 2015. It is to be noted that; the Company has informed that after completing the said sale, he would lose eligibility to continue as a Director of the company.
