JMISMDL Corporate Disclosure — 21 December 2021

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved investment amounting U$ 6,14,984.00 (USD Six lac fourteen thousand nine hundred eighty four) only for purchasing of machineries and related expenses to meet-up the market demand in the Country as well as to meet the global demand to increase existing production capacity of 0.5 ml Auto Disable (AD) Syringes. The new investment will be funded by using organically generated cash flow from the business. (cont.)

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ U$6,14,984.00 (USD ছয় লাখ চৌদ্দ হাজার নয়শ চুরাশি) বিনিয়োগের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে শুধুমাত্র মেশিনারিজ ক্রয় এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট খরচের জন্য দেশের পাশাপাশি বাজারের চাহিদা মেটাতে। 0.5 মিলি অটো ডিসেবল (এডি) সিরিঞ্জের বিদ্যমান উৎপাদন ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধির জন্য বিশ্বব্যাপী চাহিদা মেটাতে। ব্যবসা থেকে জৈবভাবে উৎপন্ন নগদ প্রবাহ ব্যবহার করে নতুন বিনিয়োগের অর্থায়ন করা হবে। (চলবে)
