(Continuation news of JUTESPINN): Para-34, revaluation shall be made with subsequent regularity i.e. 3 to 5 years that carrying amount does not differs materiality from the fair value at the end of the reporting period. As such the value of the assets has significantly changed from the date of last revaluation, the reflection of which was not demonstrated in the financial statements which led us to believe that the financial statements contain material misstatement.
