(Continuation news of JUTESPINN): The company has made a down payment of Tk. 10,000,000 by 30 June 2022 for rescheduling of the loans which has not yet been approved by the Bank. c) We also draw attention to the labor unrest, inability to pay creditors timely, significant adverse key financial ratios, discontinuance of paying dividends for a longer period, inability to obtain financing for essential new product development, discontinuance of production or other essential investments, (cont.3)
