JUTESPINN Corporate Disclosure — 21 November 2022

(Continuation news of JUTESPINN): At the time of our physical verification no inventories, other than spare parts, were found available for our verification which were reported on 30 June 2022. Physical existence of the inventories was found non-existent and no relevant evidence/record evidence was provided to us confirm the existence of the stock other than store spare parts as on that date. The company has not disclosed write down policy of inventories in the notes to the financial statements (cont.11)

(JUTESPINN-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): আমাদের ভৌত যাচাইয়ের সময় খুচরা যন্ত্রাংশ ছাড়া অন্য কোনো জায় আমাদের যাচাইয়ের জন্য পাওয়া যায়নি যা 30 জুন 2022-এ রিপোর্ট করা হয়েছিল। ইনভেন্টরিগুলির ভৌত অস্তিত্বের অস্তিত্ব নেই এবং কোনও প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রমাণ পাওয়া যায়নি। /রেকর্ড প্রমাণ আমাদের কাছে সরবরাহ করা হয়েছিল সেই তারিখে স্টোরের খুচরা যন্ত্রাংশ ছাড়া অন্য স্টকের অস্তিত্ব নিশ্চিত করেছে। কোম্পানী আর্থিক বিবৃতিতে নোটে ইনভেন্টরি লিখার নীতি প্রকাশ করেনি (বিষয়ক 11)
