The Board of Directors has recommended No dividend for the year ended June 30, 2023. Record Date: 28.12.2023. Date and Venue of the 44th AGM will be notified later on after receipt of permission from the High Court for 38th, 39th, 40th, 41st ,42nd and 43rd AGM. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. (83.78), NAV per share of Tk. (522.19) and NOCFPS of Tk. (68.73) for the year ended June 30, 2023 as against Tk. (44.84), Tk. (438.42) and Tk. (17.05) respectively for the year ended June 30, 2022.
