The Company has informed that upon an Application filed by the Company and MultiSourcing Limited, the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh vide Order dated 12.08.2018 in the Company Matter No. 256 of 2018 was pleased to admit the said Application for Amalgamation of MultiSOurcing Limited (the Transferor Company) with Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited (the Transferee Company) under section 228 and 229 of the Companies Act, 1994 and pass necessary Orders.
