As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has further informed that, due to some unavoidable circumstances, a meeting of the Board of Directors will now be held on November 7, 2016 instead of October 31, 2016 to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the 18 months period from January 01, 2015 to June 30, 2016. The Time, Venue and Agenda of the meeting will remain unchanged.
