The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided, according to the Companies Act, 1994 and the Directives dated 27th April, 2016 of BSEC, to extend the Financial Year (FY) 2015 of the Company by an additional period of 6 months comprising of 18 months period ending on 30th June, 2016 instead of 31st December, 2015 in order to comply with the uniform income year from July to June as per provision of Section 9 of the Finance Act, 2015.
