The Company has informed that the Board of Directors have taken the following decisions: "1. Steps may be taken to arrange sales of unused Raw Materials and Machineries of Unit-I (Carbon Rod Unit) & Unit-2 (Alkatra Unit) to the interested parties at a reasonable price. The machineries and equipments which have expired the economic life/become obsolete, for which no interested party is found to purchase at reasonable price, may be sold as scrap materials. (cont.1)
