(Continuation news of KAY&QUE): should pay the amount to the WPPF and WWF not later than nine months for the end of the respective year. Further the company did not make any interest provision for the utilization of fund balance as per section 240 (2) of the said Act; c) Valuation performance was not performed for investment in Central Deposit (BD) LTD. as Taka 10,656,381 in Note-4 and also not present in share portfolio.
