The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided to increase the paid-up capital of the Company from BDT 51,476,560.00 to BDT 68,559,309.00 as per the Scheme of Amalgamation duly approved by the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh vide judgment and order dated 11.03.2019 in Company Matter No. 256 of 2018, subject to necessary filing before the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ সুপ্রীম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ দ্বারা যথাযথভাবে অনুমোদিত একত্রিতকরণের স্কিম অনুযায়ী কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধন 51,476,560.00 টাকা থেকে বাড়িয়ে 68,559,309.00 টাকা করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশনের সামনে প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইলিং সাপেক্ষে, 2018 সালের কোম্পানি ম্যাটার নং 256-এ 11.03.2019 তারিখের রায় ও আদেশের মাধ্যমে। (চলবে)
