KAY&QUE Corporate Disclosure — 18 July 2023

Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 11.04.2023 regarding increase of paid-up capital of the Company, the company has further informed that BSEC has accorded its kind consent for raising the paid-up capital of the company from existing Tk. 51,476,560/- to Tk. 68,559,309/- by issuing 1,708,275 nos. of ordinary shares @ Tk. 10.00 each totaling Tk. 17,082,750/- only to Shareholders of Multisourcing Limited as per the Scheme of amalgamation approved by the Honorable High Court.

কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধন বৃদ্ধির বিষয়ে 11.04.2023 তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদটি পড়ুন, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে বিএসইসি কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধন বিদ্যমান টাকা থেকে বাড়ানোর জন্য তার ধরনের সম্মতি দিয়েছে। 51,476,560/- থেকে টাকা 68,559,309/- 1,708,275 নম্বর জারি করে। সাধারণ শেয়ার @ টাকা 10.00 প্রতিটি মোট টাকা 17,082,750/- শুধুমাত্র মাল্টিসোর্সিং লিমিটেডের শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত একীকরণের স্কিম অনুযায়ী।
