KAY&QUE Corporate Disclosure — 11 January 2026

The company has informed that a "A2P Aggregator Agreement" has been executed between Grameenphone Ltd. and Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited. Under this agreement, Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited will act as an A2P (Application-to-Person) Aggregator for Grameenphone Ltd. The service will be provided under the License of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). This agreement is expected to contribute positively to the business operations and revenue generation of the Company.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে গ্রামীণফোন লিমিটেড এবং কে অ্যান্ড কিউ (বাংলাদেশ) লিমিটেডের মধ্যে একটি "A2P অ্যাগ্রিগেটর চুক্তি" সম্পাদিত হয়েছে। এই চুক্তির অধীনে, কে অ্যান্ড কিউ (বাংলাদেশ) লিমিটেড গ্রামীণফোন লিমিটেডের জন্য একটি A2P (অ্যাপ্লিকেশন-টু-পার্সন) অ্যাগ্রিগেটর হিসেবে কাজ করবে। বাংলাদেশ টেলিযোগাযোগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ কমিশন (বিটিআরসি) এর লাইসেন্সের অধীনে এই পরিষেবা প্রদান করা হবে। এই চুক্তি কোম্পানির ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম এবং রাজস্ব উৎপাদনে ইতিবাচক অবদান রাখবে বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে।
