KAY&QUE Corporate Disclosure — 9 April 2026

The company has informed that, a "Direct Operator Billing for Voucher Sales" (Voucher i.e. Netflix USA, Google Pay & many more) has been executed between Robi Axiata PLC. and Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited. This agreement is expected to contribute positively to the business operations and revenue generation of the Company.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, রবি আজিয়াটা পিএলসি এবং কে অ্যান্ড কিউ (বাংলাদেশ) লিমিটেডের মধ্যে ‘ভাউচার বিক্রয়ের জন্য সরাসরি অপারেটর বিলিং’ (ভাউচার যেমন নেটফ্লিক্স ইউএসএ, গুগল পে ও আরও অনেক) সংক্রান্ত একটি চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। আশা করা হচ্ছে, এই চুক্তিটি কোম্পানির ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম এবং রাজস্ব আয়ে ইতিবাচক অবদান রাখবে।
