KBPPWBIL Earnings Update

(Repeat): (Audited Financial Statement): The Company has reported its profit after tax Tk. 74.38 million and basic EPS Tk. 1.71 for the year ended on 30 June 2014 as against profit after tax of Tk. 64.64 million and basic EPS of Tk. 1.67 for the same period of the previous year. It is to be noted that basic EPS has been calculated based on weighted average Pre-IPO paid-up number of shares i.e. 43,500,000 and 38,602,740 shares for the year ended on 30 June 2014 and 30 June 2013 respectively. However, considering Post-IPO 63,500,000 number of shares, Company's basic EPS would be Tk. 1.17 for the year ended on 30 June 2014 and NAV per share would be Tk. 14.01 as on 30 June 2014.
