KBPPWBIL Corporate Disclosure — 6 December 2022

(Continuation news of KBPPWBIL): premises of the company. We observed that three (3) factory namely i) Khan Brothers PP Woven Bag Industries Ltd., ii) Khan Brothers Bag Industries Ltd. And iii) Khan Brothers Marble & Granite Ltd are established within the common boundary. As such we were unable to confirm whether the physical possession of the said land is lying to the company or not. We were also not shown the original copies of the land ownership documents, (cont.12)

(KBPPWBIL এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): কোম্পানির প্রাঙ্গণ। আমরা লক্ষ্য করেছি যে তিনটি (3) কারখানা যথা i) খান ব্রাদার্স পিপি বোনা ব্যাগ ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লি., ii) খান ব্রাদার্স ব্যাগ ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেড এবং iii) খান ব্রাদার্স মার্বেল অ্যান্ড গ্রানাইট লিমিটেড সাধারণ সীমানার মধ্যে প্রতিষ্ঠিত। সেই হিসেবে আমরা নিশ্চিত করতে পারিনি যে উক্ত জমির ভৌত দখল কোম্পানির কাছে আছে কি না। আমাদের জমির মালিকানা নথির মূল কপিও দেখানো হয়নি, (চলবে 12)
