KBPPWBIL Corporate Disclosure — 10 November 2024

Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 19.09.2024 regarding MOU between the company and BSB Cambrian Education Group, the company has further informed that the aforementioned MOU with BSB Cambrian Education Group has been formally cancelled. The company has also informed that they have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been executed with Beacon Group effective as of 4th November 2024.

কোম্পানি এবং BSB ক্যামব্রিয়ান এডুকেশন গ্রুপের মধ্যে MOU সংক্রান্ত 19.09.2024 তারিখে DSE দ্বারা প্রচারিত পূর্বের সংবাদ পড়ুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে BSB ক্যামব্রিয়ান এডুকেশন গ্রুপের সাথে পূর্বোক্ত MOU আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে বাতিল করা হয়েছে। কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে তারা একটি নতুন সমঝোতা স্মারক স্বাক্ষর করেছে (MOU) বীকন গ্রুপের সাথে কার্যকর করা হয়েছে 4 ঠা নভেম্বর 2024 থেকে।
