(Continuation news of KDSALTD: Q2): It is to be noted that the said EPS has been calculated based on weighted average Pre-IPO paid-up number of shares i.e. 40,000,000 shares for both the periods. However, considering Post-IPO 52,000,000 number of shares, Company's basic EPS would be Tk. 1.21 for 6 (six) months ended on 30 June 2015 (January 2015 to June 2015) and NAV per share would be Tk. 22.63 as on 30 June 2015.
