(Continuation news of KEYACOSMET): The Company has also informed that reason for declaration of stock dividend is follows: i) The Company has already opened few machineries L/C's as BMRE of the factory, which will be adjusted from own source. For this BMRE Company needs more cash flow during this year. ii) Bonus share is declared from current year profit. iii) As bonus share is declared from current year profit, it will not negatively affect on retain earning.
