Referring to the earlier news of the Company disseminated by DSE on 08.10.2020 regarding holding of Annual General Meetings of the Company, the Company has further informed that The Hon'ble Court has also passed an order dated November 09, 2020 by modifying said Judgment and Order and thereby allowed the company to complete all pending AGMs within 13 weeks from the date drawing up the Judgement and Order.
