(Continuation news of KEYACOSMET): The Board has approved that the existing record date i.e. December 12, 2018 will be valid and shareholders list of the Company will be prepared according to the existing record date for execution the matter. The Company has also informed that the date, time, venue and other information in respect of all pending AGMs will be informed by the Company within time as per the direction of the Hon'ble Court.
