(continuation of news of KEYACOSMET):The Court ordered dissolution of the transferor companies in consideration of allotment of shares in the transferee company to the shareholders of the transferor companies in the Ratio mentioned in the Scheme i.e. the Ratio of 01 shares of the petitioner No.1 (Keya Cosmetics Limited) for 1.36842 shares of petitioner No.2 (Keya Knit Composite Limited), Ratio of 01 share of the petitioner No.1 for 0.70270 shares of petitioner No.3 (Keya Cotton Mills Limited) and Ratio of 01 share of the petitioner No.1 for 0.63414 shares of petitioner No.4 (Keya Spinning Mills Limited).
