Mr. Abdul Khaleque Pathan, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer total 56,20,655 (23,64,897+3,255,758) shares out of his total holding of 2,94,69,127 shares of the Company to his daughters namely Mrs. Khaleda Pervin, one of the Sponsors of the Company and Ms. Tansin Keya, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
