(Continuation news of KOHINOOR): 2) With reference to the note number 23.2 (Bangladesh workers welfare foundation) of the financial statement balance Tk. 8,611,079, management should transfer the balance to the Bangladesh workers welfare foundation according to the Bangladesh Labour act 2006. But the balance have not been transferred to the fund. (end)
