In response to a DSE query dated September 08, 2021, regarding clarification on recent news published in the newspaper, the Company has informed that "We would like to inform you that, the captioned news has come to our notice from most of the national daily newspapers that the Cabinet of Bangladesh has approved the extension of the Quick Enhancement of Electricity and Energy Supply (Special Provision) Act 2010 for another five years till year 2026.
