(continuation of news of KPCL): and order dated 03.03.2015 passed in Company Matter No. 322 of 2014. As a result, Khulna Power Company Ltd. shall take over, amongst others, all licenses, permissions, assets and liabilities of the Transferor Companies and shall continue to be as a going concern whilst the Transferor Companies shall be stricken out from the Company register kept with RJSC.
