The Company has informed that an Asset Purchase Agreement has been signed between KPCL and Excelerate Global Operations LLC of USA for sale of KPCL 110MW barge mounted power plant at a value of USD 15 million subject to condition president. The company also informed that they have applied to Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) and other concerned authorities for their NOC/approval to re-export the plant (power barges) outside Bangladesh.
