KPCL Dividend Disclosure

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of United Payra Power Ltd. (UPPL), a 35% associate company of Khulna Power Company Ltd. (KPCL), in its meeting held on 18th October 2023 has declared cash dividend of Tk. 2.00 per share of Tk. 10 each, amounting Tk. 231,770,000 (Entitlement of KPCL) based on the audited financial statements for the year ended on 30th June 2023 of UPPL.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে খুলনা পাওয়ার কোম্পানি লিমিটেডের (কেপিসিএল) 35% সহযোগী কোম্পানি ইউনাইটেড পায়রা পাওয়ার লিমিটেড (ইউপিপিএল) এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ 18 অক্টোবর 2023 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তার সভায় টাকা নগদ লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করেছে। শেয়ার প্রতি 2.00 টাকা। 10 প্রতিটি, পরিমাণ টাকা 231,770,000 (KPCL-এর এনটাইটেলমেন্ট) UPPL-এর 30শে জুন 2023-এ শেষ হওয়া বছরের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণীর উপর ভিত্তি করে।
