KPCL Dividend Disclosure

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of United Payra Power Ltd. (UPPL), a 35% associate company of Khulna Power Company Ltd. (KPCL), in its meeting held on 23th October 2025 has declared cash dividend of Tk. 2.00 per share of Tk. 10 each, amounted to Tk. 231,770,000.00 (entitlement of KPCL) based on the audited financial statements for the year ended 30th June 2025 of UPPL.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে খুলনা পাওয়ার কোম্পানি লিমিটেড (কেপিসিএল) এর ৩৫% সহযোগী কোম্পানি ইউনাইটেড পায়রা পাওয়ার লিমিটেড (ইউপিপিএল) এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৩শে অক্টোবর ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের সভায় ইউপিপিএল এর ৩০শে জুন ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণীর ভিত্তিতে প্রতি ১০ টাকা মূল্যের শেয়ারের জন্য ২.০০ টাকা নগদ লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করেছে, যার পরিমাণ ২৩১,৭৭০,০০০.০০ টাকা (কেপিসিএলের প্রাপ্যতা)।
