KTL Corporate Disclosure — 10 August 2023

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned the Surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB2" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on unaudited financial statements up to March 31, 2022, bank liability position as on July 15, 2023 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
