KTL Corporate Disclosure — 12 December 2024

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB2" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, bank liability position as on November 30, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অফ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) 30 জুন, 2024 পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণীর উপর ভিত্তি করে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "BBB2" এবং স্বল্প মেয়াদে "ST-3" হিসাবে কোম্পানির নজরদারি রেটিং প্রদান করেছে, 30 নভেম্বর, 2024 তারিখ পর্যন্ত ব্যাঙ্কের দায়বদ্ধতার অবস্থান এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং সেই তারিখ পর্যন্ত গুণগত তথ্য রেটিং ঘোষণা।
