The Company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide its letter dated August 10, 2017 has approved the issuance of Zero Coupon Bond by Lanka Bangla Finance Limited with an amount of Tk. 500.00 crore only at the rate of 7.50% p.a. to meet its ongoing business requirements, subject to the compliance with the relevant laws and Regulatory requirements.
