The Company has informed that BSEC vide its letter number BSEC/CI/DS-35/2015/651 dated December 31, 2015 has approved the issuance of Non - Convertible Zero Coupon Bond of Tk. 200.00 Crore only in favor of Lanka Bangla Securities Limited; a 90.91% owned Subsidiary Company of Lanka Bangla Finance Limited, to meet its ongoing financial requirements. The Bonds will be issued through private placement to other than existing shareholders of Lanka Bangla Securities Limited.
