(Continuation news of LANKABAFIN): (under extremely rare circumstances) if the management concludes that complying with any requirement of IAS would be so misleading that it would conflict with the objectives of financial statements provided that relevant regulatory framework does not prohibit such a departure. LBFL has departed such requirement of IAS 21 in order to achieve a fair presentation and in order to avoid any confusion within the users of financial statements. (cont. 8)
