Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 16.05.2023 regarding approval of board to issue Zero-coupon Bond, the company has further informed that BSEC has approved issuance of 4th Privately Placed, Non-Convertible, Fully Redeemable, Unsecured, Zero-coupon Bond amounting to BDT 2,000 (two thousand) million in face value (divided in 2,400 units) by LankaBangla Finance PLC to meet its ongoing financial requirements.
