LANKABAFIN Corporate Disclosure — 11 December 2024

The company has informed that Bangladesh Bank has given its consent to make necessary amendments (as approved by the shareholders of the Company) in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of LankaBangla Finance PLC in order to proceed with introduction of Islamic Shariah based financing. However, as per instructions of Bangladesh Bank the following clause will have to be included in clause no. 160 of the Articles of Association of the Company: Clause approved by Bangladesh Bank - Clause no. 160: (cont.)
