(Continuation news of LEGACYFOOT): The Company also has not calculated the deferred tax properly. As per auditor the deferred tax income was Tk. 1,394,862 but the company was recognized Tk 962,860. Thus, Net Profit after Tax and Earnings Per Share (EPS) have been misstated by those amount. 2. Workers Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) has not been formed and maintained in accordance with section 232 of Bangladesh Labor Act,2006 (Amendment 2013). (cont.2)
