The Company has further informed that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 09, 2016 , As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2015, has been postponed.
