The auditor of Beach Hatchery Ltd has given the following "Qualified Opinion" paragraph in the audit report of the Company prepared for the year ended on June 30, 2021. Qualified Opinion: 1. Workers Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) has been formed but not maintained in accordance with section 232 of Bangladesh Labor Act,2006 (Amendment 2013). The company has made a payment of TK. 1,105,814 from WPPF fund to the workers for the balance owing from the previous year June30, 2020. (cont.1)
