(Continuation news of LEGACYFOOT): During our audit period the company subsequently was able to provide proof of further dividend payment of TK. 3,716,213 from the unverified amount TK. 83,41,462 of previous year. Thus, payment of TK. 4,625,249 remains unverified. All this payment were made by the Board fund from their source and the amount was out of books of account. Since full amount payment was shown during the year 2019. (cont.3)
