LEGACYFOOT Corporate Disclosure — 20 November 2022

(Continuation news of LEGACYFOOT): remained unpaid for more than three (3) years. As per Section 9 of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission ["BSEC"] Notification BSEC/CMRRCD/2021-391/20/Admin/121, these funds have to be transferred to the Capital Market Stabilization Fund set up the BSEC. The Company has failed to transfer the unclaimed dividend funds to the designated BSEC fund and have therefore violated (cont.7)

(লেগাসিফুটের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): তিন (৩) বছরেরও বেশি সময় ধরে অবৈতনিক রয়ে গেছে। বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশনের ধারা 9 ["BSEC"] বিজ্ঞপ্তি BSEC/CMRRCD/2021-391/20/Admin/121 অনুযায়ী, এই তহবিলগুলিকে BSEC-এর প্রতিষ্ঠিত ক্যাপিটাল মার্কেট স্টেবিলাইজেশন ফান্ডে স্থানান্তর করতে হবে। কোম্পানি নির্ধারিত BSEC তহবিলে দাবি না করা লভ্যাংশ তহবিল স্থানান্তর করতে ব্যর্থ হয়েছে এবং তাই লঙ্ঘন করেছে (চলবে)
