LEGACYFOOT Corporate Disclosure — 11 April 2023

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 13.11.2022 regarding decision to raise paid up capital through issuance of ordinary shares, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has accorded its consent to raise the paid up capital of the company by Tk. 300,000,000 (Thirty Crore) through issuance of 30,000,000 ordinary shares of BDT 10.00 each from the existing and other than existing shareholders.

সাধারণ শেয়ার ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে পরিশোধিত মূলধন বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্তের বিষয়ে 13.11.2022 তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদ দেখুন, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধন বাড়াতে তার সম্মতি দিয়েছে। টাকা 300,000,000 (ত্রিশ কোটি) টাকা 10.00 টাকার 30,000,000 সাধারণ শেয়ার ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে বিদ্যমান এবং বিদ্যমান শেয়ারহোল্ডার ব্যতীত অন্যদের কাছ থেকে।
