(Continuation news of LEGACYFOOT): the company allotted the shares to only 3 (three) existing sponsors and/or directors and 14 (fourteen) other than existing shareholders. DSE sent a query to the company to clarify their position regarding why shares are issued to only the existing sponsors and/or directors and also why they did not submit any PSI regarding purpose of the capital issue as required in the consent letter of BSEC. (LEGACYFOOT-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): কোম্পানিটি বিদ্যমান শেয়ারহোল্ডার ব্যতীত শুধুমাত্র 3 (তিন) জন স্পনসর এবং/অথবা পরিচালক এবং 14 (চৌদ্দ) জনকে শেয়ার বরাদ্দ করেছে। কেন শুধুমাত্র বিদ্যমান স্পনসর এবং/অথবা পরিচালকদের জন্য শেয়ার ইস্যু করা হয় এবং কেন তারা বিএসইসির সম্মতি পত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় মূলধন ইস্যুটির উদ্দেশ্য সম্পর্কিত কোনও পিএসআই জমা দেয়নি সে সম্পর্কে তাদের অবস্থান স্পষ্ট করার জন্য ডিএসই কোম্পানির কাছে একটি প্রশ্ন পাঠিয়েছে। (চলমান 4)
